Site Manager - Affordable Housing Main Contractor

Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work with one of the leading Affordable Housing Main Contractors, to lead an external refurbishment project constituting of windows and roof in Ealing.

The role:

We are seeking a motivated and experience Site Manager to lead and manage roofing and window installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site activities.
• Oversee cladding installation processes and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on window replacements and window installation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant construction management qualifications or certifications.
