The Essence of Audrey

OPEN Ealing Arts Centre, School Lane, Dickens Yard

UNTIL Friday 25th June

The Essence of Audrey is a new play written and performed by Helen Anker about the life of Audrey Hepburn.

All she really wanted was to be loved and to find love…

Have you ever wondered what is behind the idyllic and seemingly perfect life of one of the world's icons? Audrey Hepburn was, and continues to be, an inspiration. A stunningly beautiful and modest actress, and a selfless humanitarian Ambassador of UNICEF. She proved to be one of those rare people who truly deserved 'fashion icon' status…

But what made her into the icon we think we know? What was her life really like?

Join us on a journey to discover the truth behind those mesmeric eyes and tap into the essence of Audrey…

We're delighted to announce a special event bonus for the evening: a welcome glass of fizz on arrival! AND, following the play, you'll have the opportunity of joining a Q&A led by Helen about the play, her motivation and inspiration.
