Nutrition & Lifestyle choices play an integral part in determining long term health and chronic disease.

I believe that we should strive for 'Optimum' health rather than just 'Acceptable' health and that we are all capable of achieving optimal health given the support, education and resources to do so.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching can contribute to improved health and wellbeing by providing this education, encouragement, support and coaching skills to come up with a bespoke action plan - helping you move towards a healthier lifestyle and facilitating long-lasting changes.

By holding YOU accountable and putting the control back into YOUR hands along with the knowledge and support you need to move forwards confidently, I can help YOU improve your health especially in areas such as weight loss, increased energy, women's health, blood sugar balancing, sleep hygiene, stress relief and exercise and movement advice.

We are all unique individuals so using coaching techniques I will help you to establish your positive motivations and barriers to change, and explore in depth where you are currently with your health and lifestyle and where you wish to be.

Then together we will design a SMART action plan, completely personalised to you.
